E-Phos 661 is adark-grey coating that produces a fine-grained crystalline coating on iron and steel. High iron tolerance up to 15 points. Generates 30–40% less sludge than other heavy zinc phosphates.
Heavy coating weight of 2000+ mg/ft2. Does not contain EDTA and eliminates sludge buildup on heating coils. Provides superior corrosion resistance up to 250 hours of salt spray. Temperature: 140–180° F. Concentration: 5% by volume in water. Immersion Time: 8–20 minutes. Meets Mil-P 16232G Type Z specifications.
