Ultra-Blak 404 oxidizing salts are used to blacken cast iron, malleable iron, and some mild low-carbon steels with a deep, rich black finish.

Insta-Blak 333 is an immersion/swab on blackening solution that results in a smooth, no-smut satin black finish on tools and architectural surfaces. One gallon of un-diluted Insta-Blak 333 concentrate can coat approximately 400–500 sq. ft. of metal parts.

Insta-Blak 333 GEL is a slower-acting blackening process for steel and ferrous metals. This gel-based solution is ideal for simple swab-on vertical applications, touchups, and the user who prefers a slower blackening reaction. 

Insta-Blak 335 represents a major breakthrough in the room temperature blackening of iron and steel. For years, Insta-Blak 333 has been the standard in room temperature blackening. Now, Insta-Blak 335 produces an even darker black finish.
