E-Kleen 163-LF is a neutral, low-foaming, phosphated liquid soak cleaner.
Contains organic surfactants and corrosion inhibitors. It emulsifies oils and cleans water-soluble oils, petroleum, and animal fat buffing compounds. Doesn't contain caustic soda or chelants and doesn't deposit on the side of the tank.
