E-Kleen 102-E is a liquid mixture of surface active agents, detergents, and caustic that emulsifies the oil. Contains over 13% by weight surfactants and detergents. Does not contain silicates. Results in a surface free of residual cleaning solutions. Temperature: 130–195° F. Concentration: 6–15% by volume in water.
