Insta-Blak SS-370 is a liquid concentrate solution used for swab-on or immersion blackening of stainless steel surfaces. The solution is ideal for architectural surfaces, such as furniture and panels. One gallon can blacken up to 200 sq. ft. of stainless steel.

How to Use Insta-Blak SS-370

Insta-Blak SS-370 can be used to blacken a variety of stainless steel items and is especially suitable for architectural surfaces. It may be applied to outdoor surfaces when used in conjunction with a durable clear lacquer or powder coating that has been specifically designed for outdoor use.

Use Insta-Blak SS-370 to:
  • Achieve dark grey-black finishes in 1–5 minutes
  • Perform both immersion and swab-on applications
  • Touch up scratches or other damages on black-oxide surfaces
  • Blacken stainless steel items at room temperature
  • Avoid caustic fumes and safety hazards
  • Meet AMS 2484A standards

How to Use Insta-Blak SS-370

Insta-Blak SS-370 can be used to blacken a variety of stainless steel items and is especially suitable for architectural surfaces. It may be applied to outdoor surfaces when used in conjunction with a durable clear lacquer or powder coating that has been specifically designed for outdoor use.
