E-Pik 215 is a free-flowing metal activator and deoxidizer for steel, copper, brass, and zinc. Also used to activate zinc-plated surfaces, diecast zinc surfaces, copper, and copper-alloy surfaces prior to blackening, oxidizing, antiquing, plating, chromating, or other finishing.

Does not produce undesirable fumes so venting is not required when used at ambient temperatures. Contains fluoride. Can also be used to activate surfaces prior to finishing. Various metals require different concentrations and immersion times. E-Pik 215 is more moderate in action on steel surfaces than mineral acids and produces a uniformly active surface.

For industrial use only.
