E-PASSivate AL

A liquid concentrate clear trivalent passivate finish for aluminum.

Produces maximum corrosion resistance on aluminum alloys and serves as a base, which inhibits undercoat corrosion of organic top coats. Results in a slightly blue color. Does not contain any zirconium chemistry. Temperature: (20–30° C, 68–86° F) by immersion.

E-PASSivate Blue

An easy-to-use, single-component, single dip blue bright trivalent chromate.

Offers high salt spray resistance up to 150 hours to white rust and typically 240 hours to red rust. No additional top coat is required. Can be used with automatic feeder equipment and meets all automotive and industrial standards. Does not yellow. Can be used as a conversion coating on zinc diecast surfaces prior to powder coating and can replace a hexavalent sealer for nickel plated surfaces.
