EPI Polymer

EPi has a liquid polymer and powder polymer. EPI Liquid Polymer — 1/2 to 1 gallon every 1,000 gallons of water. EPI Dry Polymer — 1/4 lb. of powder polymer into 100 gallons of water. Take one gallon of this solution and add to every 1,000 gallons. Use EPI Coagulant to improve polymer performance.

EPI Coagulant and EPI Polymer are designed specifically for use with the waste treatment from rinse waters following E-Brite 30/30 non-cyanide alkaline copper plating. The use of EPI Coagulant followed by caustic, in place of lime for pH adjustment significantly reduces sludge volume and the associated cost for disposal.

EPI Polymer works in conjunction with EPI Coagulant to form a quick settling, heavy metal hydroxide floc and offers a highly clarified effluent for discharge or recycle.

EPI Coagulant and EPI Polymer can also be used for waste water treatment of cleaners and conversion coatings which contain high phosphates.
