Float Oil Cleaner Lasts 18 Months Without Dumping  

EPI’s customer has gone 18 months without dumping E-Kleen 196 float oil cleaner utilizing Aqueous Recovery Resources, Inc. Suparator®. The Suparator® is a thin film oil recovery system and the unique fluid separator produces a pure oil 99.5% for recycling purposes.

E-Kleen 196 is a unique cleaner in that it does not emulsify any oil! This makes the Suparator® work better than with other cleaners because the E-Kleen 196 is a "true float cleaner."

The silicated low caustic formula with specially formulated surfactants rejects oil and does not tie up the oil. The results are:

1. Recyclable oil, 99.5% by weight 2. Extended cleaner life 3. Eliminates oil drag into rinses, acid tanks, and process tanks.

E-Kleen 101 powder, high caustic, float oil soak cleaner for steel works well with petroleum-based oils and water soluble oils. Temperature: 130° - 210° F.

E-Kleen 102 concentrated liquid, high caustic, non-silicated soak cleaner for steel floats oil, works on petroleum based oils and water soluble oils. Temperature: 130° - 190° F.

E-Kleen 148-B concentrated liquid, low caustic, multi-metal float oil spray and soak cleaner. Temperature: 120° - 155° F.

E-Kleen 166 concentrated liquid, low caustic, non-phosphated, multi-metal float oil spray and soak cleaner. Temperature: 120° - 155° F.

E-Kleen 196 concentrated liquid, low caustic, non-phosphated, multi-metal float oil soak cleaner. Temperature: 150° - 210° F.
